Hey guys.
Errr...
I am a clean kinda guy and I hate ants and [Mod Edit].
I am living in a first floor apartment in Hongdae and since I have been here I always have ants.
I don't leave food out, they actually march their way in and into my bin!
Tried ant baits and all!!

Anyways, just want to clarify something.
Are these ant eggs or eggs of some other kind of insect?
I have found them outside on the floor next to my garbage bin on 2 occassions. The darker ones are hard, crispy and dry, the lighter ones are squishy and sometimes move like maggots (ewww)!

Some sort of maggot. Usually will be from flys if around trash.

Clean out the trash bin, get some raid ant controls, those are good. They cleared up a huge ant infestation I had once in my apartment from a bag of rice that was infested. The cheap ones didn't work.

Get a new trash can, empty your trash everyday. If they are getting into your bin, find a new way to store garbage! No way would I keep a garbage bin around if that was the case, ur crazy! Get a garbage (5 litres) which are cheap as hell and throw out everyday. Add the 5 dollars to ur budget. Also dont leave water around anywhere, I once woke up to a whole bunch of maggots in my frying pan because I didnt thorougly dry it after cleaning late at night!

But I mean come on, if ur garbage bin is the problem get rid of it.
