I've been on a big yoga kick lately while in the states and as of August I'll be teaching in Gyeongju. Regular practice has helped me so much with stress, back pain, and just an over better well-being that I might have difficulty going a whole year without it. lol
I would imagine that since it is Asia and there are Buddhist temples around that they would have yoga... but, well, do they? Are there a fair amount of locations that offer yoga? If you have tried it, how is it? Is it different from western cultures version? |

| There are lots of different yoga studios here in Korea. I know there are hot yoga places, ashtanga yoga, hatha and I'm sure there are more than that. You shouldn't have much trouble finding a studio to take classes at. I started yoga when I moved here 3 years ago and really enjoy the Korean approach to yoga- it isn't as intense as western-style *unless you're specifically looking for that.* Best of luck! |
