Do you need the copies of the diploma w/apostle or will the actual w/sealed transcripts due?
Also if the copies of the diploma are needed how do I get them notarized?
I went to a notary today and he wouldn't do it. |

Take your degree to the notary. Have him make a copy and certify it as a true copy of the original. That is what you get the apostille on.
Kimmi will no longer accept originals of your degree (unless you plan to lose it - they will NOT return your degree and it must still have an apostille attached.
