| I heard some are open on saturdays but all are closed on sundays. Is it true? |

There must be at least 4 budongsans for every apartment in Seoul. Tough competition, so some will be open 365.
Open or not, it does make a difference which BDS you choose. I suggest a smaller woman because after you've seen the first few apartments, you may want to slap them around a bit so they show you the good stuff.
I had a really helpful one (a smaller woman!) but eventually I found out that my apartment which was "in high demand, please make your decision quickly" has actually been seen by at least 3 of my friends several months before I saw it I guess I could have negotiated more.
But she does provide great service even a year after I moved in. |

| Yes , they are. I buy and sell real estate here and quite often meet up with the real estate agents on a weekend. |
