I realized that my Global Check card (the pretty purple one) was about to expire so I called KEB to make sure they were going to send me a new one. They sent me a new one, but I guess they misunderstood because they sent me another credit card. So now I have 2 identical Global Visa Cards and no check card.
It's a bit of a hassle for me to get a new check card if I don't need one, as there are no KEBs in my current city. I know they'd courier me a card if I wanted, but then I'd have to be at home to sign for it when they show up, and that's rarely the case.
So my question is, are there any advantages in a Global Check Card over the Global Visa? I'm thinking both domestically and internationally, as I mainly use them when I'm abroad or for buying air tickets online from Korean airlines.

Okay, I'll try this another way:
If I already have a KEB Global Visa Card (the blue one) is there any advantage to me also getting a KEB Global Check Card (the purple one)?

not if your bank account is already linked to your visa card and can access your cash with it. |
