How do I apostille my diploma? I'm afraid I don't even know what the first step is. I live in Korea and have my original diploma with me. Thanks.

I had a public notary in my state make a notarized copy of my diploma. I then mailed the notarized copy to my state's office of authentications so that an apostille could be attached (you don't apostille the original). However, you are in Korea. You would have to have someone back home take your original diploma to a public notary. I have also heard of someone e-mailing a scanned copy of their diploma to their university. The university printed it out and notarized it.

I got a copy of my diploma from my university. I had the university notarized it and they sent it to the secretary of state to have it apostiled.
Then the secetery of state sent it back to me in Korea.
Make sure you have a cover letter explaing everything and how you want to make a payment.

The process varies from country to country (not available in Canada) and if you are American it varies from state to state.

Where are you from?
