Hi,
Sorry, i know this question's been asked and answered, but the search function on my iPad returns a blank screen. Can anyone give me up to date info on how to do an E2 visa run to Japan, once visa number is issued? |

Two sticky threads in the travel forum. Newest information is last but most of the thread is full of stuff you may want to know (since the subway and airport haven't moved):
Visa Runs...Osaka

Visa Runs...Fukuoka

2-4 nights now instead of overnight processing is about the only significant change.
Bring your passport, visa confirmation number, passport photo and fees (in YEN). The application form is at the counter.
Don't take won to Japan. Buy YEN in Korea. ICN is as good a place as any and the difference in exchange rates between there and hunting around in the city isn't worth the time, bus fare or shoe leather.
