I am finishing my 2nd year here, and I finally got my 6166 form (took 6 months... paper work problems, faxing problems, IRS being slow, et cetera..)
has anyone filled there's after all ready paying taxes?
the tax office told me its no problem, but I just want to check (they took out 800k in Feb)
How long does it take? Did you get all the money back? et cetera

The form and information can be found on the IRS site under FAQ. Probably contact them and ask.
