Maybe this is old news to some but I found a delicious beer yesterday at Dickens Lounge (Scrooges) in Itaewon. I guess for the last month they have been carrying some of the Lost Coast Brewery Beers (http://www.lostcoast.com/). I only tried the IPA but it was excellent. They also have a stout and a wheat beer. Heard that Dillenger's carries it too. Anyone know of any other place that carries it or have seen any new beers lately?

Thanks for the heads-up. Draught or bottles? I see on their website Lostcoast Brewery makes Alleycat, not to be confused with Alley Kat from Edmonton, which is also served at Scrooges and Dillinger's.

I had the 8-Ball Stout at New Phillies--last night. The stout, it was good. Bottles only, yes.

Awesome! Which HomePlus? I was at the one in Ssangmoon a couple of days ago and they didn't have it. Emart and HomePlus are not that consistent with the products they stock.

I found it at a homeplus here in Daegu. It had a sign under it that read "New"..so I guessed it might be at many if not all of the stores.

First time in 6 years in Korea I have ever seen a Pale Ale sold in bottles. As a Pale Ale fan, this was a long wait!

For the last couple of months my local Home Plus has carried

Montieths Golden Lager
Fullers London Ale
Kobel ( I think that's it, has a goat on the front of a big bottle)
Honey Brown Ale

quite a few others that have been around for a while-your usual suspects. Sam Adams, Tuborg, Pilsner Urqueil, XXXX, San Migeil, and a range of wheat beers which I don't like.

They even had some stuff called Canabeir (made from hemp-not so good but a novelty none the less).

Home Plus in Dunsan-dong, Deageon for those interested.
