I am going to be at the EPIK orientation in Seoul (Jongno-gu) from August 18th to 26th and I would love to get a secondhand smartphone. I need something that has a good internet connection and able to access googlemaps. Droid preferred. Do they do prepaid phones there and is this economical? Would I have to sign a contract with my secondhand phone?
