Anyone got current information regarding F2s registering a business in Korea?

I'm not talking about capital intensive FDI. I've read that F2s can register a sole proprietorship, called 개인사업자등록증.

Some useful info about that.

Contact the Seoul Global center. They have all the information and steps you need to go through (from the gu office to the tax office).
