Anyone work(ed) for YES and have pros/cons about it? Particularly in Suwon, but any thoughts would be great. Thanks!

Hopefully this will be my last time asking a question about a hagwon, I've had 3 good interviews with other schools and this would be the last one!

You will get the same answers as you get for all other hagwons. Some people are cheated, some people will defend YES.

They cheated me, I left cash with them to pay my final bills, they didn't pay, and the money was taken out of my bank account.

I found an ad through craigslist and I've been in contact with a YES recruiter named Stephen. He sent my information to the Mokdong branch where one of the workers called me at 2PM today and scheduled an interview for 6:30 PM. After an hour long interview/practical they decided to hire me. I haven't seen the contract yet but they want me to come back tomorrow for training. The position I was "hired" for is a 1 month summer school for international students. The pay is 2.3M.

8:30 - 9 Prep
9-12 class
12-1 lunch
1-4 class

The housing they offer is for E2 and F-2/F-4 visa holders only (they have to register with some government office or something). I'm a US and Korean dual citizen so I was told by Stephen that I was not eligible. I'm trying to negotiate my housing situation but I've yet to talk to the owner. I really don't want to commute 2+ hours a day.

Since I recently graduated college, I asked my interviewer, "I'll be the youngest one here right?"
"No. The other summer school teacher that we're bringing in hasn't graduated yet," she replied.
"Really? How?"
"This is Korea."
"So can you give me housing under the table?"
"I'll have to ask the owner."

They also want me to do the 1 year contract that starts in September. I said that I'd decide after the first week of classes but they said it's too late. They need to find teachers asap.

This seems a little sketch, yet standard.

Advice? Thanks in advance!
