hey all,

I'm currently trying to get a visa for my gf to live and work in the UK. She is a Canadian citizen and wants to apply for her visa from South Korea. Have any of you Canadians done this?

Did you have to go to Seoul? Anyone post it?

I've also read you have to get biometrics done (how long does it take to get them done? Where can you do this?)

How long did it take to process the visa after application?

Did you book an appointment at the British consulate or just turn up?

What about an appointment for biometrics? Is it just fingerprints-if so can you just get it done at any police station? (I struggled to find specifics on the net)

Thanks in advance for any help Smile

Kat
