Does anyone else pay their bills only after receiving the final warning taped to your front door? One of my co-workers here told me that koreans get really embarrassed by this because they worry so much about what the neighbours think of them (ie. their financial situation). For me, its just a nice little friendly reminder that i still have 7 days of electricity and hot water (which i usually pay on the 6th day). |

Have you thought that you may be hurting the credit rating of the person whose name is on the account? |

That person would be me and no it doesn't affect my credit rating. If I were to wait until the plug was pulled then i'm sure there would be consequences. Truth be told I don't even know where the hell my bills are delivered to since I don't have a mailbox. I just wait until I see that lovely red sticker on my front door waiting to greet me after a long day (whom I call "Red Warning Willy") |
