According to store.apple.com/kr, they will be shipping mid-August (estimated). They aren't horribly overpriced compared to the US store this time, either. If you factor in a 10% tax rate on top of the US price ($1000), there is about a 100,000 won markup for the cheapest 11 incher (1,250,000 won).
