What is the best clinic in Seoul for Lasek?

Dream Eye Center in Gangnam/Myeongdong seems popular, but I've read stories about people having dry eyes longer than normal and having night driving issues (7+ months after the surgery).

St. Mary's Bright Eyes is also becoming more popular, but their consultation is a mix of random people checking your eyes, very few of whom speak English. Yes, the price is 1.3 million, but if they don't do a thorough eye check, then that can cause issues with your eyes. (They never even asked if I've been wearing contacts recently, which is a pretty important thing to ask.)

Any other suggestions for the best clinic in Seoul for Lasek?
