I live in a nice officetel at Cheonho Station (where line 8 and line 5 meets) but will be moving late August to Chuncheon. Unfortunately, my contract with the landlord isn't up until October 2nd. It has a fridge, stove, and washer built-in. It's on the top floor (14th) of the building and has a great view of the Han river.
So I'm looking for someone to pay the rent for the month of September.
The rent is 750,000won, and I'll cover the maintence and utilies. (about 120,000won).
