Hi.
Just wondering if I'm entitled to any extra pay for summer camp. I'm public middle school.
I didn't think I was but I know of other public teachers getting extra pay.
When is one entitled to extra pay and how much is it?

What does your contract say?
If it is the standard PS contract you are expected (by the terms of your contract) to work up to 3 weeks of camp for up to 20 contact periods per week. If it goes over that you are entitled to extra pay.
