Hi,
According to team-xecuter http://team-xecuter.com/ , CFW has been released for 0225 Xbox 360 slims.
I tried Yongsan but they're waiting for that x360key thing.
Does anyone have experience flashing 360s? I'd be willing to fork over some won.

Not yet. The 0225 drives are still locked. You need to buy a custom PCB (out of production but still available at some retailers), or wait for the x360 thing. That new product looks pretty cool, though! It let's you play games off of a USB harddrive! Just wait a couple of more weeks.
Some rumor of a Russian hack that doesn't require changing the PCB, but it's still just a rumor.
Go check out the xecuter forums, esp. the "front page news". Lots of info. there.
