| Hey everyone. I live in Ilsan right next to a elementary, middle, and high school that has basketball courts within the premises of the school. My questions is are non-students (i.e., me) allowed to use the courts of a public school during non-school hours? I love to play basketball and would love to get some practice and shootarounds in at a nearby court. Thanks in advance! |

Feel free. You can see large crowds of people aged between 0 and 100 on school yards at any hour of the day. At least in my neighborhood. I guess because of the lack of open spaces in cities, people are allowed to use the school yards for exercising.
As long as you can enter without jumping a fence (read: the gate is open) you are ok. |
