Please don't buy your plane ticket from Zenith travel.
Last week, 1 day before my flight was scheduled they emailed me in the evening saying that a mistake was made and my ticket was canceled. Then, they wanted me to give them 1.5mil to buy a new ticket and they'd give me the money back when I'd return from vacation.
That immediately rang my alarm bells and I gave them no extra money. In turn I called them every 30 minutes, yelled at them, threatened them with the police to make sure they would take care of the situation and get me on another fight.
It was a terrible experience. A horrible way to start my vacation.
I made sure all my friends knew about this and didn't buy from them any more, but i just found out that they just did the same thing to another friend who had bought her tickets a few months ago.
PLEASe!!!!!!
Be careful.
They are not worth the hassle. Go to another agency, there are plenty of them.
If anyone has any questions, or would like to see the correspondence and how I got those bastards to get me the ticket, just post here or message me.
Thanks, and I hope noone has to go through what I went through. |

I warned about these people weeks ago. They made problems for several travelers a few years back. Avoid. |

I have also had a bad experience with them. They said they had sent me my e ticket, but it turned out it was just a reservation. Paid them months before hand and only got my actually e-ticket one or two days before my flight with multiple phone calls having to be made and an endless headache!
I would recommend totally avoiding. |

He tried the same scam with me. The reservation rather than the ticket joke. He is a thief. Do not use this guy.
Dear *******,
Sorry for not respond earlier to your emails.
I will defintely give you the money back but we are now having financial problems and can't give you the money back immediately.
But I will try to send you the money by the end of this week.
Thank you in advance for your patience.
Sincerely yours,
Wystan Kang

Two of my friends were scammed by Zenith (this guy). They got a honeymoon package at a discount price. He switched the dates to an earlier time, without notification. When they were ready to depart, he claimed he could reschedule to the first agreed date but it would be at a higher price.
I don't remember the final outcome of the situation. But, I think they were possibly trying to recover around 600,000 won, by law.
Avoid! |

He robbed a Canadian girl of 10 million won.
Does he still advertise in the Korean Herald? |

Care to elaborate?
Man why do I feel like the crap is about to hit the fan in Korea? I wonder how many others have been cheated out of big money some way or another in Korea. Unbelievable really. |

This is not news I wanted to hear.
I purchased a ticket for a trip home to Canada this winter with Zenith. He sent me my reservation, so I believed everything was good.
I just emailed him now asking for my actual eticket. I will also contact the airlines to confirm my seat.
Recommendations as to what I should do? I'm not certain there are many seats available for my date of departure. And at the price I paid.
Should I just keep on his case? It's been over two years since I was home last and I don't want something to come up last minute.
Thanks |

Contact the airlines Seoul office and ask them to confirm your reservation. You need your ticket.
The problem is it looks as if he cancels peoples flights at the last minute so you need to keep confirming with the airline until you fly.
Do you live far away from Zenith Travel? I think going in and talking to him might help. Don't just call. |

Wow. I watched the vids she put up. Man, that is tough. She was in tears, and I feel for her. I hope they get their money back.

Yep, it sucks. You have to feel for her.
I can't imagine he pulls this stuff on many Koreans.
If he had $10,000 of my cash I don't think I would be responsible for my actions. |
