Hello everyone,

I'm posting on behalf of a beer making group that is looking to share some sort of artist/industrial space with someone else or a group of people. We recently had a location in Mullae-dong that we shared with an artist, but because of a contractual dispute with his landlord, we are out of a space to brew our beer in because he's leaving. The only things that we really need are a gas connection or a place to put our natural gas cylinders, a water connection and sink, and preferably raw or tiled flooring for cleanup. We would obviously share rent and leave a bottle or two of beer for the space whenever we make our batches.
