Yes, there is an English speaking realtor on Maesan-no in Suwon, who serves the Suwon Station area. Maesan-no is the main drag leading away from the main exit of Suwon Station. Following Maesan-no from Suwon Station, it's on the right hand side of the street just before the first 4-way intersection. The sign on their door says "Realtor - English and French Available."
