It's the height of the summer vacation season and mother nature is sending it's fury at the wrong time.
If you're heading west from Incheon or back to the peninsula - ferry and air, expect for your travel to be disrupted.

Shouldn't disrupt air travel unless the storm actually passes over the airport. At altitudes of 10-11 km you would be well above the storm (they actually look pretty cool from above).

Although if you are headed for Shanghai, Tanjin, or Beijing you could be in for some wet weather.
I also wouldn't be taking a ferry to China any time in the next week or so.
