Hi,

It's been about ten years since I've lived in Korea. I remember I'd be walking down the street and sometimes smell a really nice fragrant tree/plant (strong enough that it overrode all of the other 'interesting' scents. Wink I could also buy this scent as a room spray in China so it must be fairly common in Asia but I can't remember what it's called. I think the tree has small round yellow fruit but I could be wrong. Your assistance would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,

Thanks for the replies! Those were good suggestions but I think I've figured it out. I was searching the internet and as soon as I read the word 'quince' something in my brain went 'Eureka! That's it!'. It's supposed to have a strong aroma and used to be used as a natural room air freshener a long time ago. Thanks again!
