this is not a solicitation, just a recommendation
banks in korea give crappy rates when exchanging out of won. This guy gives international bank rates and can be met just 5min after u call or text him. i have used his service 5 times now

If he can show up anywhere in Korea in 5 minutes, he certainly can exchange Won for Mongol money.
