Will a TV or computer bought in Korea work in New Zealand?

Was thinking of buying new tv and computer here. If I shipped these home to New Zealand would there be any compatibility issues other than the plug outlets?

The computer is fine.

The TV probably won't work (unless it is digital and you are using digital inputs).

Korea uses NTSC (US type format) and NZ uses the PAL format (from the UK) for analogue TV.

Even with HDMI you will still run into a few problems with normal cable. You will need a converter and the signal will not be perfect after it is converted. It wont be terrible, but it is noticeable.
