It's been about 5 weeks since i sent mine out and i called on monday and got the same crap 'we are backed up a few months' blah blah.. i told the lady i faxed over a letter requesting permission that my friend would be coming in to pick it up on my behalf and followed up the next day to make sure the fax went through OK. i then told her he showed up 2 days later and waited for 3 hours and the paperwork couldnt be found so he left and drove back home 2 hours.

she then told me shes going to speak with her manager and get back to me this week (i called monday). wednesday i had received an overnight fedex from them with my apostilled background check.. and i didnt even send a return envelope...

i'd give this route a try if youve been waiting long... good luck!

Your whole story balances on actually getting in contact with someone, a feat that a rare few ever actually manage to accomplish. Before then, there's no way this will work.

i called 3 times, got someone to answer within 15 seconds.. i called right now, within 20 seconds someone answered

it was roughly 3pm est when i called each time
