I need a decent used cell phone. Middle of the road. Can I find one at Yongsan Electronics Market in Seoul, or do they only sell new phones there?

they sell used ones. just be sure u don't get ripped off. you have to bargain with them.

you can get used lg cyon flip phones off gmarket for like 12000 won. fine for calls, texts and not much cosmetic wear. they look like new really...you've probably met at least 10 people with the exact phone i'm talking about.

Lots of them at Yongsan are stolen phones.
