As you may have seen in the travel section, I am having trouble with Zenith Tours in Seoul. Not only did they leave us standing in the airport with no tickets, the following day we showed up at the airport only to be informed that my wife and I had tickets, but my daughter didn't. We called him up and screamed at this idiot. He said we would have to buy a ticket there and he would reimburse us. So, even though we had already paid 3,650,000 two months ago, we had no choice but to shell out more money on the spot for another ticket.

We have since returned only to find our cell numbers have been blocked and emails go unanswered.

He has accepted money from us for tickets, not purchased them, and pocketed the money.

We want to complain.
