I dont have teaching experience, is it neccessary to put my non-teaching experience in my resume. thanks!

If you want to pad out your resume, go for it.

Most hagwons don't care what your past experiences and qualifications are.

It's your picture they're most interested.

If you've got a reasonably handsome (and white) face, the jobs yours.

You should put all experience on a resume unless you have had many jobs since college graduation.
