Does the Incheon immigration office offer a courier service for ARC cards? I need to pick mine up but I work 9-6. I'd rather they deliver it.
Tried calling them but they wont answer the phone.

| You would probably need to pay for it, so you would have to go anyway. Decide which is easier, go and pay for it now to be delivered, or wait and go. I am surprised your school wouldn't help regarding this. |
