Just to put it out there . . . I shipped some stuff to Toronto a few weeks ago, and I've been calling trying to find out when/where I should pick my stuff up in Toronto . . .
but now they're saying that they thought I wanted to ship to Vancouver, even though we (a Korean-speaker) confirmed the price to ship my stuff to Toronto three times before agreeing to it.
[Now, they claim that they'll send it to Toronto by a different carrier once it reaches Vancouver, and they'll charge me for the extra cost].
Yeah, I don't need any I-told-you-so snarky responses . . . I'm just putting it out there to inform you guys that they've been really shifty with me. |
