my laptop refuses to connect to most wireless networks so i usually need to use an ethernet cord.
can i use the same ethernet cord i use in the u.s. in korea without some kind of adapter?
also, will i be able to find ethernet jacks already installed in most apartments?? what about internet cafes??

1) Yes
2) No, unless it is in a new officetel. Most "villas" have the regular phone line and when you subscribe to an ISP they bring in the DSL modem and you connect to that with your ether cable.
3) Yes, they will unplug a terminal and allow you to connect (at the same rate as the terminal you unplugged).
