There was an agreement signed between Gasprom and KoGas to deliver massive amounts of natural gas to South Korea. How are they extending the Sakhalin-2 pipeline? Is it going to run through North Korea or are they planning some kind of underwater route?

It won't ever get to South Korea. KJI was on one of his dreaming train trips again. How many promises with ROK has he broken in the last 10 years? Too many to count. If the pipeline got started it would become his economic weapon and threat tool. If it got started sometime during construction NK would throw a tanty and it would stop.

With Russian Rubles and Putin's diplomatic pressures to BOTH South and North Korea. Cool

We have to love Vladimir Putin. He's indeed the #1 man for world peace.

No I mean geographically how will it go? I think there is a proposal from the Vladivostok area? A pipeline through North Korea would obviously be cheaper to construct but long term would be more expensive and more exposed to disruption than an undersea one. Imagine North Korea determining whether the South can keep its lights on--they would extort more and more money.

Part of the agreement is that Russia also will pressure North Korea to not screw things up.

I think there is one planned to run down the east coast of NK into SK, maybe running under a bit of the east sea. I don't get why they just don't run through the west sea from china, it's shallow and a lot safer.
