I've heard it can be difficult. My buisness partner is considering sponsoring my visa for his trade export company. He's had Foreigner employees before(usually 3D) but I'm not sure if he owned their visa.
If a company is determined and does a large amount of US based trade, can they push it through? |

If you qualify for an E7 (professional/specialist) or D8 (investor) then it can be done.
If not, then no.
