Hi,
I have an apartment that I'll be giving up at the end of August. It's a two bedroom on the 3rd floor of a 3 story building. It's about 4 mins from the Aussie Bar. You'll have access to a great roof with views of Namsan on one side and Samgakji on the other.
I used the larger bedroom as a livingroom and the smaller one as a bedroom.
690 000/month with 5 000 000 key money.
For the price and location it'll be hard to find anything better. |
