If I were to open my own hagwon, any idea or suggestion where should I go to look for Korean English teachers? |

An ethical person would use a recruiter, ask around, or post ads to find/attract teachers. An unethical one would simply poach 'em from established hagwons. |

Korea!
But the reason people go to hagwons is to avoid Korean English teachers in the first place. You can get that at public school. |

If you need to ask this question, you might not be ready to open your own hogwon. |

They congregate on certain corners early in the morning. You come by with a Bongo truck - just yell out how many you need and they get in the back of the truck. Easy peasy. |
