If I were to open my own hagwon, any idea or suggestion where should I go to look for Korean English teachers?

An ethical person would use a recruiter, ask around, or post ads to find/attract teachers. An unethical one would simply poach 'em from established hagwons.

Korea!

But the reason people go to hagwons is to avoid Korean English teachers in the first place. You can get that at public school.

If you need to ask this question, you might not be ready to open your own hogwon.

They congregate on certain corners early in the morning. You come by with a Bongo truck - just yell out how many you need and they get in the back of the truck. Easy peasy.
