| Is it possible for a foreigner to buy multiple phones under their name as a Korean can do? Or are foreigners limited to one phone per person? |

you can have multiple phones, but there are restrictions depending on visa type.
E1/E2:
You're looking at one contract phone and one pre-paid. |
