So I have been trying to figure this out for a while. I found the nutritional info for certain Jjigaes and bimbenbaps but i have NO IDEA how many servings I get when I order. Any help here? I am ordering from a kimbap place (interchangeable Kimbap JongGuk or any of the myriad of other ones.)

Thanks for the help

Just check kimbap chunggook's website for all the nutritional values of their menu items.

Also, order online to reduce your waiting time.
