I transferred my Visa to a new contract very early on(old hagwon was bad, changed after 3 months).
Immigration just changed my employers, but the visa ends 3 months short of the contract.
Also, because I only transferred, they didn't ask for an updated FBI background check.
1. Will immigration easily allow me to extend my visa?
2. Will I have to submit an FBI background check now?
3. I have an apostilled FBI background check, however my elderly parents were so slow to mail it so it's beyond 6 months old(maybe 9?). Do you think immigration will grant me leeway since I merely want to update my file and haven't left korea since then? |
