My room mate of 3 years has now enrolled in grad school so I'm looking for a person to fill in the spare bedroom in my villa. I am only looking for 1 person. This is a 3 bedroom villa but I turned the 3rd bedroom into a large walk-in closet which will be shared.

Loc: On the main road HBC so no hill climbing! I live on the other side of the hill pass the Mini Stop and Paris Baguette but the 02 green bus stop on both side next to the building. There is a family mart a min. away and a regular mart only 2. You are close enough to reach your friends in HBC but just far away enough not to hear drunken people or loud music at night.

The room comes with:
queen bed desk in the middle of the room with room on all enough to put your things on both sides
desk and chair
cabinet & coat rack

Villa:
Spacious living room and large TV/ wifi spreads all through the house
Full sized kitchen
1 bathroom includes standard size tub.
Converted room into walk-in (every girls dream come true)

All bills will be shared ranges (30,000-90,000 the most) includes cable/internet/water/gas/electric
Your maintentence fee is include in the price of the rent.

If you apply please understand that I don't not want my home treated as a club, Starbucks or a love motel. I am a quiet and clean person that enjoys relaxing at home after a stressful day at work. I also have a small dog. So if you are a pet lover or have a dog yourself then by all means bring them with you as well.
