Old-timers, do you remember seeing this at restaurants? Koreans used to hang plastic gloves filled with water in the open windows to scare mosquitos away. Always got a laugh out of that. I just realized that I haven't seen this since 2004 or so. |

I haven't seen it around here lately, but it's not just a Korean thing. I've seen this done on at least 3 different continents.
