I had a fractured patella a year ago but it is fully healed now. Will that damage my chances of getting approval and/or lengthen the process for the E2 Visa? If you know that this question has already been asked I don't mind just a link to an old post, I'm having difficulties with the "search" aspect of the forum. Thanks for your help!! |

I would suggest answering question 10 as "no" rather than "yes." I think the question is asking more about life-threatening injuries and illnesses -- cancer, open heart surgery, that kind of thing.
A no to all of the questions means you are good to go. A yes to one/some/all questions may NOT automatically disqualify you, but may run up some red flags.
Your injury is healed, you say, and since "serious" is open to some debate, you could answer "no" with a clear conscience. If you can walk without a noticeable limp, I would say that immigration wouldn't consider it a "serious" injury either -- not to minimize the pain it caused you, but simply putting it into a larger perspective.... |
