Anybody have links to forms you need to apply to get your tax refund and your national pension plan refund?

The pension office you have to apply in person, so they will give you the correct form. It won't help you to do it beforehand because you'll fill out the wrong form or fill it out incorrectly anyways. The tax forms can be found at: HTTP://www.nts.go.kr/eng
