I interviewed for a "Rookie (brand new hires) Class" job and they told me I gotta do a mountain of paperwork on each student's progress every week--essentially what their HR Dept. should do. Oh, yeah... and all that extra work is on your time. They offered 40,000 an hour for a 1 1/2 hour class twice a week. I told them to shove it.
