|
|
Hey, I realize that this is a pretty general question (yes, I googled it already, no luck), but I was wondering roughly how many English teachers there are per elementary, middle, and high school in Korea. I'm applying through EPIK and just want to know if I should expect to be the only foreign teacher in my entire school, or if there will be a couple others.
Thanks |

You haven't done your work then. Why would you ask this? You should be asking your school, "Are there any other foreign teachers?" BEFORE SIGNING THE CONTRACT. If there are, then you should talk to them. If there aren't any other teachers, then you would have your answer.
Chances are, you will be the only one. Ask your school. |

Most likely only one, so you'll be the only NET at your school. Although I've heard some schools in Seoul and Gyeonggi have/had 2 or 3 NET's. But chances are you'll be alone. |

I've seen it anywhere between 1 and 5, with1 being the most likely. |

Cool, thanks for the answers guys
And Koreatimes, chill out! I don't have a school to ask yet, I don't even submit my EPIK application until October! I was just asking a general question. |
