hi everyone, this is my first post and i'm planning to teach in seoul this september... i was just wondering which areas in seoul have the best housing, safest neighbourhoods, good schools, shopping, night life etc.? Also is it best to take housing provided by the school or to find your own place? |

I think the satellite cities are the best as they are newer and more modern.
However inner Seoul I think gangnam is where everyone aims for. |

The city you like depends on the type of person you are. Some people prefer the smaller towns, but most people want to be in Seoul, especially Kangnam. From my experience, if you want to have a chance to meet other foreigners in Korea, you should stick to seoul. |
