I'm curious to see what others have found regarding cell phone rates here in Korea.

I'm a light cell user to put it mildly. When I was here before, I signed a year contract with the cell company and paid 12K - 20K a month after a couple of months of paying the start up fee etc..

What is the best cheapest way to go right now? I'd prefer a month to month deal and I have my ARC card so no need for Nigeria street etc. Smile
