This is pretty wild.
I can understand him not letting go, I wouldn't want to.
But how exactly did he get on the windshield in the first place?

Cool vid:

I really really hope this isn't a stunt by the KCops to "look tough". It would be nice to see 25 minutes of actual chase footage.

He got promoted for that and his wife says it's better to be safe than be promoted. I agree with the wife.

Staged? The van parks directly in front of a camera. There is no one in the subway station. Also, there has been a great deal of outrage about police incompetence. What better way to deflect attention than showing the length one heroic member will go to apprehend a criminal. Oh, and he's being promoted. Now we have a legitimate hero running things. No questions asked.

Also, they "apprehend" someone suspected of being involved with drugs... Oh no, not drugs! Two birds with one stone.

I wonder what kind of drugs this dude was selling? Anyone know? Seems like Koreans are chasing the dragon more and more these days. Oh the evil Western influence Twisted Evil not joking. They probably lived in the US or Canada for a long time picked up the habit and brought it over with them.

The guy driving should have just slammed on the brakes, would've thrown him right off. Pretty cool though

I wouldn't be completely shocked if it was staged, but they would have put the public at risk for the 25 min joyride. That's fairly doubtful. Did you see the lady who was lucky enough to get across the crosswalk?

Plus the driver ran out of the car without putting it in park. Not to mention that the name of the alleged criminal was probably released. Why would he volunteer to be arrested and likely to to jail?

Where are the dashcam videos from the other cars? No one, in this day and age, was able to catch it on a smartphone? No eyewitness accounts?

as for why the guy would "volunteer" to get arrested, you ever hear of Jimmy In-N-Out? Or in real life, people in China and certain other countries who are body doubles for the rich and go to prison in exchange for big sums of money for their poor families?
